Sistem Pengasapan Ikan Otomatis Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) Menggunakan Arduino AT Mega 2560

Ikan merupakan produk makanan yang mudah membusuk dan menurun kualitasnya, sehingga untuk dapat mempertahankan kualitasnya diperlukan teknik pengolahan tepat, salah satunya dengan di asap. Pengolahan ikan cara asap telah dilakukan secara turun temurun oleh kelompok perikanan daerah Tanjung Raya Kabupaten Agam. Teknik pengasapan atas arang batok kayu kelapa mengurangi kualitas kehigienisan produk. Disamping itu proses seperti ini juga membutuhkan waktu lama risiko pematangan tidak merata menurunnya kadar gizi akibat tepat. Sejauh metode manual hanya mampu mengolah 7 kg basah selama 12 jam 1 produksi, hal dinilai efisien. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan system otomatis menggunakan elektrik tertutup meningkatkan produksi serta efisiensi pengasapan. Alat berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino AT Mega 2560 sensor DHT 22 mengontrol suhu kelembaban otomatis. Hasil implementasi oven diperoleh peningkatan Smoked Fish Baby, dimana menampung 30 mengasapan 3 menghemat 9 kali produksi. digunakan pada alat yaitu mencapai 80 ̊C ketika nilai melebihi maka element (pemanas) akan mati. Kipas sebagai mensirkulasi bekerja 60 oC berhenti 58o C.
